CANCELLATION POLICY:

BookAdsNow (Lookad) reserves the right to cancel any content from being published or reflected in any other mode. The cancellation charges payable by the customer shall be at the applicable rates laid down by the respective publication house's cancellation and refund policy.

REFUND POLICY:

If an ad is missed or has not appeared on the scheduled date, on request of the customer, we can refund the amount with no charges. Refunds are processed in the same mode in which the payment is received by us. Refunds would be processed within 7 working days. Request for refund will only be considered if the advertisement did not appear in the ordered publication.
